A written quote must be from a licensed Ontario contractor, on their company letterhead, with a detailed breakdown of the work and materials. It must be dated within the last 30 days. We'll verify the contractor's WSIB status and insurance before matching.
We match on the same scope of work with equivalent materials. If another contractor quotes IKO Cambridge shingles, we'll match on IKO Cambridge. If they quote a lower-grade product, we'll explain the difference and let you decide. We won't swap materials just to hit a price.
We measure every roof ourselves before finalizing any quote. If your roof is larger or smaller than expected, we'll adjust the price transparently — and still apply the 10% price match to the corrected total. No surprises after the work starts.
